Our Return Policy
At The Official Tote Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Southern California (address provided upon starting a return). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or show signs of use or wear.
Return Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll confirm its eligibility for a return. If the item meets our return criteria, we'll initiate a refund for the full amount of the order to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. You're eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to accommodate cancellations. Our team works diligently to dispatch orders promptly, aiming to get your items to you as soon as possible.
